Wipechamps provides all the supplies and equipment used to render our services. We use only non-toxic, eco-friendly products. If you would prefer any specific cleaning product kindly let us know when booking.
We usually send two uniformed cleaners, but we may send more individuals to make sure the work is done right and completed in time, depending on the service.
Quality cleaning service is our top priority, and all our employees are taught to remain committed to our culture of quality service. We also use the services of quality assurance managers to inspect the job done occasionally.
We do not have a problem with pets, but you will need to inform us that you have them while booking and try to make sure they will not stand in the way of us doing our job.
Because cleaning requires touching a lot of items in the house, things might go wrong at times. We take all necessary care and precaution, but when this happens, we ask our cleaner to contact us and let us know about the situation. We will liaise with you to determine the next line of action.
Tips are very much welcome but are entirely voluntary. Your cleaning service will always be excellent, nevertheless.
You can easily cancel via phone or email, and it is recommended you do so 24 hours before the scheduled date; failure to do so will attract a fee.
